Flatiron’s newest Mediterranean hotspot Pergola (36 W. 28th Street) celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, January 11, 2014 with a private party for over 200 of its closest friends and family including Sharon Bush, DJ Uch, Jean Shafiroff, Leesa Rowland and VH1’s “The Gossip Table” host Delaina Dixon. Guests enjoyed Pergola’s signature cocktails like the Lavender-Lime Collins and Spearmint 75 crafted by mixologist Scott Fitzgerald, passed hors d’oeuvres by Chef Nestor Moina and a life size hookah cake baked by BCakeNY. The Violin Diva Sarina Suno entertained revelers with a live electronic violin performance throughout the night.
