Peppr, the interactive online culinary experience created by New Jersey natives Chopped Champion Chef Andrew Riccatelli (Executive Chef of Buddha-Bar), Daniel Fiorica and Alexia Merlo, connects people nationally with Food Network Chopped Champions who provide step-by-step instructions on how to create signature dishes in your own kitchen.

Home to some of the most renowned chefs including Chef David Burke, Anthony Amoroso and Aaron McCargo Jr., Peppr’s founders are the next generation to come out of New Jersey and bring a brand-new vision and meaning to immersive culinary experiences. Peppr teaches guests the art of making a delicious restaurant-quality meal like a pro, by a pro, all within the comfort of one’s own home.

Chef Riccatelli, a Marlboro native, began his career right out of college at Stage Left in New Brunswick, NJ where he learned the ins and outs of running a fine dining establishment. After being immersed in the culinary scene just across the Hudson River and working under Bobby Flay’s leadership, Chef Riccatelli still resides in New Jersey where he supports and provides local producers the access to the freshest possible ingredients. Two River Gourmet Mushrooms of Long Branch, Lust Lobster in Highlands and Fossil Farms of Boonton are among the many Chef Riccatelli supports. Alongside Chef Riccatelli are co-founders Fiorica, a North Brunswick resident and Merlo, an Old Bridge resident, who together brought the Peppr plan to fruition. For a finishing touch on the idea, Chef Riccatelli called upon the talents of his Chopped Champion alumni to create a culinary all-star virtual experience unlike any other.

The Peppr process is seamless with fresh ingredients delivered from the chefs right to your door with a click of a button. Guests have the option to choose from different chefs, each spotlighting a specialty dish and a suggested wine pairing. Chef Brooke Siem prepares a Crispy Pan Roasted Duck Breast with a Warm Carrot and Seasonal Fruit Salad; Chef Cara Hermanson crafts Summer Shrimp Boil and luscious Garlic Bread; Chef Fernanda Tapia whips up Chicken Thighs with Orzo “Paella” and Asparagus Salad; Chef Lauren Covas helps guests create a Portuguese Flounder de Limon and Escabeche with Arroz de Tomate; and Chef Yunha Moh showcases Coconut Chicken served over Jasmine Rice. Prices start at $85.00 for their summer special and can host anywhere from two to 100 guests perfect for date night, office re-opening parties, socially-distanced friend reunions, team building activities, and more. Recipes will change seasonally.
