On Wednesday June 24th, Patrick McMullan, Kipton Cronkite and Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin held a celebration of music, art and creativity with an event for 300 guests at The Catherine Townhouse. At the townhouse, iconic photographs by Patrick McMullan were displayed across two floors of the townhouse, accompanied by art selected by Kipton Cronkite and ArtStager, which were all available for sale.
From 6:30pm, guests including Ariana Rockefeller, Michael Graves, Cassandra Seidenfeld, R. Couri Hay, Victor de Souza, Michael Lorber, Josh Flagg, Terrence Meck, Jeff Dagowitz, Jason Klarman, Eyal Arad, Larry Wohl and Leesa Rowland, Micca Wang, Liam McMullan, Greg Calejo, and Anita Durst, poured into the building to enjoy the sunshine in the courtyard while having a glass of Altaneve Prosecco on the roof.
At 8pm, all guests went downstairs where Kipton spoke about the amazing subjects captured in Patrick’s pictures, from Andy Warhol to Bianca Jagger, and thanked the famed nightlife photographer, and Consuelo for the evening. He then introduced Consuelo who performed an acoustic version of the title track Lose My Mind, released on June 24th with the album’s US release scheduled for September. As she finished to rapturous applause, she dedicated the track to her husband, Rafael who then announced that the song had been picked up by every major outlet in Germany. He informed attendees that the video was filmed at the Vanderbilt Museum, of which 10% of the evening’s proceeds would be donated to the museum, and introduced Stephen F. Melore, who runs the museum.
It was a great night as he ended it by thanking the guests for their support before introducing the video, to which the crowd danced along with.
