(New York, NY – March 1, 2023) To celebrate Women’s History Month, Carlton Fine Arts Ltd. is highlighting the most and iconic women throughout history with their second edition of Women in Art. The exhibition will feature key artworks that spotlight women and historic female figures including Jackie Kennedy, Wonder Woman, The Wicked Witch of the West and Marilyn Monroe. It will be on view from March 1, 2023–March 31, 2023, at the Carlton Fine Arts Ltd. location at 543 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022.
The gallery’s second floor will highlight a selection of works including Mr. Brainwash’s Balloon Girl from 2021 and Shero from 2020; Andy Warhol’s Jacqueline Kennedy III from 1965 and The Witch from 1981; DeVon’s Marilyn from 2020; and Roy Lichtenstein’s Reflections on Minerva, among others.
