A New Breed of Building in the LES

 

If you happen to find yourself strolling along Houston Street any time soon—in between the scattered assortment of high-end boutiques and bodegas—you might suddenly find yourself taking pause. Why? At the time, the area—which later became Jones Hill—was the highest point on the lower east side—and we sought to recreate that with our views.”
